Unable to deliver on the requested date due to unavailability of the recipient. I got a call from the shop and we arranged for a following day delivery. The flowers were beautiful and as advertised. Great customer service.

I ordered flowers yesterday around 11 am and wanted them to be delivered the same day. I was expecting a phone call to tell me that they wouldn't be able to deliver them until the next day. I was very happy when I received a phone call. Not only were the flowers delivered yesterday but they were absolutely beautiful. I will definitely order flowers from them again. I wholeheartedly recommend The Flower Shop.

I sent these flowers to a friend about a week after a family member of hers passed away. I wanted a bright bouquet after the initial flurry of sympathy wishes to remind her that I am thinking of her. This arrangement was just perfect.
